The TGA (if you mean the Tandy Graphics Adapter) is virtually identical to 
the PCjr graphics adapder.  I have the Technical Reference Guide for the 
Tandy 1000TX, and it describes everything in much detail.  Basically, it's 
a CGA plus a few couple of modes that are quad-interlaced.  If someone 
needs info on those graphic modes, I can look it up and bang it out.
