Hi David

Here's the promised contenets of my Olivetti:
It's got a original NEC V30-10MHz some weird "Faraday'88" chip (must be
the chipset, with timers, pic, dma and that stuff, a 88-pin? PQFP-case)
and a M58167 RTC from national semiconductor (Maybe someone knows the
I/O ports of it :) in the chipset section.

For in/out devices it has a 16c451. I think to remember it as an double
16450 Uart, maybe with a parallel port, 'cause there are no extra big
chips for that.

I also have a PS/2 mouse connector (where the hell's that connected?).
and a simple WD3c765 Floppy Controler (=uPD765)
On the XT-IDE the normal D8-D15 pins are GND (?)

It also has some VGA onboard: a Paradise PVGA1A chip with 256k ram and
a ADV471 standard RAMDAC. nothing serious in here...

As BIOS there a two 27c256 chips: iguess 32k main BIOS, 32k vga bios
I couldn't find some manufacturer, but i remember quadtel somewhere in the
bios dump. olivetti pached it without reference...

Thats all for the board, but i added some old MFM-Controller to get a HD
Up to now i could'nt get it working. It is a WD1002-27 Board (i think).
ever heard of these, or des someone hava manual/knowledge about it?
It's got a wd11c00 main chip and uses irg5 (and irq2?)
It also has 8k of ROM, but i cant read that out due to false config :(

As a NIC i use a wd8003 and it works with crynwr packet drivers.

Thats all folks!
(sorry for getting back to that old topic again...flames will be sent to
MSN :)

BTW, does anyone have a biglinux driver for the Winbond 38c759AF, a
vlb-eide chip, or a UMC um8886 from a pci chipset? would be rather great
to get that FIFO's working in there :-)
