Dear Robert,

Many thanks for signing up for the forums over the last couple of 
days.  I'm sending you this note with apologies, but as you know we 
are asking all users to sign up with their first name, (last name if 
they wish) and city, as their account name.

For example:   Jane Jones, Boston

or simply:      Jane, Boston

You'll also need a valid email address.

The information you gave us did not match one of the above 
formats, so your account has been closed.  I realize this may be a 
little invconvenient,  but I would be very grateful if you would register 
again using the format above.
