Though not a voice user yet (I'm just a lurker on this list), I really
love Hunter Digital's No Hands Mouse.  Because my RSI seems to be
neck/shoulder-oriented (oddly, my right wrist starts hurting when I use my
left hand for mousing), the No Hands Mouse has been a great help in
reducing pain.  I also try to maximize the things I do with the mouse
(which is quite possible on Linux/Unix & X-Windows) which means minimizing
keyboard and therefore hand use.
Just thought I'd share my lone positive thoughts about this great device.
