OK.  I have to close the account tomorrow.  I imagine that, since it's
Saturday, it won't actually close 'til Monday.  Hopefully, that'll be enough
time.  (I just called my bank and it hasn't cleared yet.)

If anything, it'll cause problems for you!  I.e., the worse that will
happen is that it will bounce.  In that case, the bank will likely charge
you a fee (probably $20).  I guess since I'm at fault here, I'll pay the
fee if it bounces.

Unless you can tell your bank not to cash that check.  It's check # 293.
Yours is the only check still outstanding.
