I haven't, yet, but that's been due to a hardware availability problem -- I
only have a single type II pcmcia slot in my notebook, which tends to limit
my choices. I'm waiting on the Monarch modem from Tellus Technology
(http://www.tellus-tech.com/).
As far as cost, Bell Atlantic just dropped their prices $10/month for
unlimited access if you pick up a two-year contract; it's $39.95/month with
the two year contract, or $54.95/month with a one year contract. More info

AT&T and Go America also sell CDPD service for around $55-$60/month. These
plans might make more sense if you do a lot of travelling outside of the BA
service area.
