These are correct, and, when I try this, it does work.

Although I can no longer try it now, perhaps the problem is with

http://www.capweb.net/ppfa/legalert.morph

and the way it looks up zip codes.  Just a guess, I don't know.

Regardless, my senators voted the correct way, anyway.
