I signed up through http://act.nyc.ny.us years ago. At the time, they had
a one-time fee. So, I can only assume that they had some sort of deal with
www.nametamer.com. I only had to pay them a one-time fee of $79 for both the
web redirection and the mail exchange/forwarding services.
http://act.nyc.ny.us doesn't seem to exist any more.
How much are your services?
