Yep. Pretty fucked up ain't it? Boston got rid of rent control about 3
years ago, and some places have unbelievable rents, especially in Cambridge
and Brookline.
I don't think it'll go _that_ high; it'll probably go up to $800 or $900,
though.

Nope, not at all. My commute is quite long (1.5 hours each way) and so have
my extra time is limited; I barely even ride my bike lately :-(.
