How about Pho Republique, a Vietnamese restaurant in Boston? I haven't
been there (uh-oh...) but I've been told that it's good and that it is
vegetarian-friendly. The one in Cambridge is closed for renovations, but
there's supposedly one in Boston. I cannot find the address or phone
number on-line. I'll try to find these things off-line.
