Patuxet Strawberry Thanksgiving: Hobbamock's Homesite, 9 am to 5 pm.
Plimoth Plantation's Wampanoag Indian Program presents the third
annual Patuxet Strawberry Thanksgiving. In additional to the
traditional songs and dances from the Northeast, there are canoe
races; a feast of roast goose, turkey, fish, lobster or other
shellfish, sobaheg , or stew of corn and beans, and-of
course-strawberries! One of the highlights of the day is the
17th-century style football game. (Call 508-746-1622 for more
information.)
