Sara -- yes -- she looked like a gonner (as well as Deb and Jen, but I do
not know of course) but Alex!!!! (McKennan I assume -- there is no other
Alex-es) he was sure working long hours and looked pretty confident.
 I thought that Jonathan is another gonner but maybe
not...

Anyway, good programmer and smart guy as he is, he doesn't know how to
delegate responsibilities.  As the result, the R&D cannot grow if he stays
in control.  And the problem is that he likes the control.  So if you hire
13 new people, they will not be with R&D unless they also hire a strong
manager without offending him.  That's why I'm not sure that l2g will
succeed.  I'll talk to http://trueadvantage.com on Tuesday, if you're
curious what they do, I can give you an overview.
