"Vegetarian and Vegan Nutrition -- Staying
Healthy: Surprising New Research on
Omega 3s and B12"
with speaker Michael Greger, M.D.
Are vegans and vegetarians as healthy as
they can and should be? Surprising new research
on vegetarian and vegan nutrition has highlighted
the importance of Omega 3 fatty acids and
Vitamin B12 in the diet. Michael Greger, M.D.
will review the latest research and share his
recommendations for optimal vegetarian health.
Dr. Greger is a graduate of Cornell University's
College of Agriculture and of Tufts University
School of Medicine. He foretold the Mad Cow
Disease disaster years before it struck, and was
called as an expert witness in the infamous Oprah
Winfrey "meat defamation" trial.

have some good conversation with our
