How Do I add the person who just called to my Call Block list?

I want to add the person who just called to my Call Block list, but I
don't have the number.
 

To block future calls from the last number that called

Before receiving another call, follow these steps:
   1 Lift the receiver.
     
0 Press * 6 0 (or 1160 on rotary or pulse-dialing phones).

0 Press Pound Sign) (or 12 on rotary or pulse-dialing phones).
0 Wait for the confirmation tone.

0 Press 0 1 Pound Sign) (or 01 on rotary or pulse-dialing phones).

0 Listen for the confirmation announcement and follow the instructions
carefully.

0 When finished, hang up. Calls from this number will now be blocked.
