Thank you for highlighting the issue of the Global Gag Rule in Brenda Wilson's 
story.  Those on the pro-life side of the issue like to stress that 
politicians have made no progress to curtail abortion, but conveniently 
overlook the Global Gag Rule reinstated by the Bush administration.  While 
pro-choice and pro-life argue back and forth in the United States, women in 
other parts of the world are subjected to the whims of whoever happens 
currently to be in power -- either getting the funding or being denied it.
