another house repair needed: porch/foyer leaning

Jim -

Hi.  Our porch/foyer seems to be sinking, probably due to the heavy rains
and thawing. Due to this, the door is getting funky.  It gets harder to
close.  I fix it, but eventually the problem comes back again.

Could you recommend anyone who might be able to repair this?  It might
involve re-setting the post or perhaps adding more mortar to the bottom.
