Re: MBTA Response using right turn-only lane on River St.



Dear Mr.:

Thank you for your e mail about an operator who you observed driving in
a dangerous manner.  We appreciate hearing from you and we sincerely
apologize for the operator's dangerous actions while driving.  

We assure you that we take this type of report very seriously. 
Operators driving dangerously are subject to discipline.  A copy of your
letter has been forwarded to this operator's supervisor for
investigation and action.  With the information you provided, the
operator will be identified, interviewed and re-instructed. 
Furthermore, a copy of your letter will become part of this employee's
permanent file.  Any further infractions may result in more severe
disciplinary action.

Again, we extend our apologies.  Thank you again for writing.
