I'm having problems getting this printer working. It prints very lightly
at the top of the page and then has white streaks for the rest of the
page, for both text and graphics. I suspect it may be the ink cartridge.
I tried a second one that Noelle had, but it didn't help.
Perhaps, at some future day, you could bring down a replacement ink
cartridge that we could try. Or maybe you could tell us where we could
buy a cheap ink cartridge to test it out.
We'll keep using the HP LaserJet 5L black-and-white printer until we've
decided that the DeskJet can actually work.
