Please stop HB 2743, a bill to limit people's digital rights.  According to http://www.freedom-to-tinker.com/archives/000336.html , this bill will make it illegal to run a personal firewall and for users to protect their own computers.  Such extensions to the federal DMCA are truly horrible and must be stopped.  (The DMCA is already bad enough.)
