credit card keeps getting rejected

My credit cards keeps getting rejected.  Here is the error:

             1 ) Credit card was declined. ERROR(65) The server failed to
    process your transaction. - This may be due to a bad credit card
    verification number or date. 
             2 ) There was an error pre-authorizing the credit card

I used this card just last night with the same information.  I also tried
a different card.

Is your software failing?
