I just went to a job interview.  I think you both would be better fits
than me -- the job wasn't as described and I wasn't qualified.  They need
someone to write simple data-entry Java or Visual Basic web applications
to store stuff into SQL-based databases and to maintain these databases.
The City of Boston got a grant from the CDC for Emergency Preparedness.
This is part of this project.
The one caveat is that you either have to be a resident of Boston or be
willing to relocate to Boston for the job.
