Small house.

We won't be moving the refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, or
dryer.

None of those -- one bicycle.

We'll be giving away or selling most of our furniture.  Probably we'll
keep the computer desk, bookshelves/bookcases, stereo holder thingy, bed,
small drawers, and 3 bureaus.
