I think your average and median household incomes are reversed on your COMMUNITY CLOSE-UP web pages.  For example, you list the national median household income as 46,297 and the national average household income as 36,620.  But, because incomes in the United States are skewed left, the median should be lower than the average.

As a case in point, http://www.census.gov/prod/2002pubs/p60-218.pdf says that the mean (average) income was 58,208 and the median income was 42,228 for year 2001.
