Looks like I heavily under-estimated the cost of a real-estate appraisal.
It'd cost between $275 and $425. The $425 one is the only one that can
see me within the next 2 weeks. So, obviously, getting a cheaper option
would be welcome.
I guess I'll make this decision by Wednesday.
