Re: the 4th of July

Also: if you drive me back to some time on weekend, I could give
some stuff to you:
1) Some food which I probably won't be able to use or eat. Any you don't
   take will be thrown away.
2) Some tools which you may need/want. Anything not taken will be shipped
   along with the furniture and stuff.
3) House repair stuff (copper pipes, fittings, and plumbing stuff;
   electrical stuff; carpentry stuff). Perhaps Tim would want it?
   Anyway, anything not taken will probably end up being thrown away.

On another note: I'm waiting for those realtor people/agents/brokers to
call me back.  I'm not too hopeful -- I bet they're super-busy.  I feel I
may end up having to pay the $425 for the appraisal. Or, alternatively, I
could list the house as "best offer" on http://ISoldMyHouse.com and see
what offers I get.  (This'd be sort of a high-stakes on-line auction. :-)

Why do you want this page removed?
