When I told Brian about my parents sitting on the fence for all these weeks, he said "Well, tell them to 'Shit or get off the pot!'." I'm really sick of waiting and am afraid everything won't be settled by Aug 30th. So, I'm hedging my bets. I'll probably be showing the place to a couple of people this afternoon. I didn't realize how eager people are still to buy.
