If it's $1295/month, yes.

I doubt that you could do that quickly unless you go to one of those 15%
fee check-cashing places.  (That'd be $1500.)

The check would have to clear regardless.

Mostly to get a price and see what it's like to show the place to see the
shock on people's faces :-).

When I told Brian about my parents sitting on the fence for all these
weeks, he said "Well, tell them to 'Shit or get off the pot!'."  I'm
really sick of waiting and am afraid everything won't be settled by Aug
30th.  So, I'm hedging my bets.

I'll probably be showing the place to a couple of people this afternoon.
I didn't realize how eager people are still to buy.
