I called just now and it's on O'Neil Ave.  It's slightly closer than the
King's Court place, but definitely still outside the pink area.  If you
get some time, you might drive by.

I'm going to keep along this path until they say "stop".  My dad told me
that my mom is interested in a place in western New Hampshire!  He says
that she's a country girl.

I may end up having to let an agent/broker handle it eventually, but I'd
like to see how things go first.
