I have already received an offer, but I want to send a write up (which I'll include here) of the current problems with the house to them so they know what they're getting into. > We > are already pre-approved for a mortgage but like yourself we are kinda not > exactly enamored by the whole real estate rat race that's out there. It says here on my last quarterly property tax bills: Parcel #1 is $25.40 Parcel #2 is $337.79 [BTW, just for future reference: never put both bill payments in the same envelope. They get confused and it's a complete mess.] I believe that Parcel #1 is for the driveway and the parking spaces. The other parcel is for the main lot where the house is located. I don't believe there are any communal pieces of land -- just funky little pieces all fitting together like a puzzle. > Looking forward to hearing from ya. Have an enjoyable fourth. > > -Dennis.
