I have already received an offer, but I want to send a write up (which
I'll include here) of the current problems with the house to them so they
know what they're getting into.

OK. It says here on my last quarterly property tax bills:
Parcel #1 is $25.40
Parcel #2 is $337.79
[BTW, just for future reference: never put both bill payments in the same
envelope. They get confused and it's a complete mess.] I believe that
Parcel #1 is for the driveway and the parking spaces. The
other parcel is for the main lot where the house is located.
I don't believe there are any communal pieces of land -- just funky little
pieces all fitting together like a puzzle.
