Hopefully, you have already uploaded one or more photographs of your home. Depending on the package you chose, you can upload up to 20 different photos! As they say, a photo is worth a thousand words, so make sure you submit a photograph. It does a much better job of marketing your home than just a plain text description. You can submit a digital photograph by clicking the "Add Photo" link from the FSBO User Center. If you do not have a scanner or digital camera, try one of these options:

1) Ask a friend who has a scanner or digital camera to help you.
2) When you have your photos developed, most stores now offer an option of
 having your photos saved on a Compact Disc (CD), in addition to your regular
 prints, for just a few extra dollars.  Use the photos from this CD to upload
 the photo of your home.
3) For home owners selecting our Featured Home listing packages,
 HomesByOwner will scan and upload your photos for you at no additional
 charge. Write your NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, USER NAME, and PASSWORD on
 the back of the photo and send it to:

If you want the photo returned, you must include a self-addressed, stamped
 envelope.

Another service HomesByOwner offers is Photo Flyers! The photo flyers are a full color document in PDF format with your home information professionally displayed. You can create your photoflyer from the FSBO User Center (look for the "Create Photoflyer" link).

If you sell your home or wish to remove it from the site, please help us keep our listing information current by clicking the "Delete" button next to the Listing Information on the FSBO User Center.
