Jerry said that it was a matter of the state of the house, too. I think he thought that, if I was asking $250K for this place, it must be because of the quality. (His house has 3 bedrooms, plus lots of basement and workspace space. I think his house is actually larger in raw square footage. Also, the foundation is in better shape and the structure is a little better (he told me that he put in all the baseboard himself).)
