PeupleSoft and moving

OK. PeopleSoft said "no thanks". Here's what this means:
* Moving. Someone offered sharing a U-Haul to S.F., but they're leaving on
Aug 21. That means that the moving company would do the big move before
that. I told this person that I'd get back to them by tomorrow.
* Property. Of course, if I move before Aug 21st, and take off on Aug
21, the question, of course, is dealing with the house (selling or
whatever). I may be able to do the entire selling transaction from
Ca. I'll give Jim Peterson a call. But, if I don't sell it
before that, I'll have to consider the other options:
1) having the parents moving in,
2) having the parents selling it, or
3) hand it over to a realtor to sell.
What's the thought?
