So, this chick who wanted to share a U-Haul did e-mail me back and told me
to call her tonight.  We'll see if the details can be worked out.  If so,
I'd be leaving on Aug 21.  Which means that you'd definitely have to sell
the house on my behalf (unless you want to move in instead).

Jim Peterson left me a voicemail and said that, to finalize the sale
without my being present, I'd need to sign a power-of-attorney document
and then have you sign all the various legal documents.
