I'll be showing it today at 6:30PM.  The house's located at:


 

It's a cul-de-sac off of Shepard St. near Union St.  Look for a lawn on
the left as you're driving down Shepard St.  The first driveway on the
left after the lawn is where you want to turn down.  At the end, you'll
see a bluish fence with a white house inside it.  That's the house.  The
fence appears and unpainted from Shepard St.

I should caution that I am in the process of finalizing bids and the house
may be "sale pending" by the end of today.
