Perhaps I can start the negotiations here via e-mail: 1) An initial good-faith deposit of $500 will be written to the Seller. A further payment of $12000 will be made after the "zoning and regulatory review and inspections" have been completed, which will be stored in a mutually agreed upon escrow account. 2) In order to reduce the risk of loan denial, the Buyer's loan from the mortgage company will be a maximum of 80% of the final mutually agreed total purchase price (as will be specified in the Purchase and Sale Agreement) and no more. 3) A mutually agreed date of closing (as will be specified in the Purchase and Sale Agreement) will happen between August 15, 2003 and October 31, 2003 and no later.
