So, I think the less-rich guy tried to visit me unannounced yesterday.  He
rang the doorbell.  I scurried to a hiding spot and waited 'til he left.
I don't want to deal with him until after I talk with my lawyer today to
see how this "offer to purchase" letter is.  Ah, the joys of being
hounded (am I the fox?).

Anyway, if this offer is good stuff, then I'll sign it and send the
less-rich guy's earnest-money deposit check back and include a note saying
that I'm not interested.

I'm so glad I never gave my home phone to anybody.  Never having to say
"no" (or "yes" for that matter) is the best of all.

That's good.  It's supposed to rain down here again today.  I managed to
drag that table from the front room outside.  Good thing my back is
strong.  From there, I can use the dolly/handtruck to get it to the
sidewalk.

When would be a good time for you to get the bookshelves/bookcases?

Could borrow your air mattress for a month?  If so, I'll probably (with
your help) move the headboard and mattress out of the bedroom and sleep on
the air matress instead.  If not, we could wait 'til the last minute to
move the mattress out.  (We could still move the headboard immediately,
regardless.)
