This other guy is still continuing to want to talk with me and haggle over
terms for a competing offer.
There's really no point in talking with him until after the current
buyer's inspection, right? (Certainly, he hasn't shown me anything
substantively different other than offering a higher price -- the terms of
the mortgage are 5% instead of 3%, but that's it.)
