OK, the parents will decide by the end of today whether they'll be moving
here or not.  (They haven't yet signed the lease, 'though they must by
the end of the day.)

If they do, then buying a place in CA will definitely be out of the
question.  (Unless I get a good-paying job.)  But at least then I could
move everything out there and get out of here at last.
