I'm waiting to see if he's still interested. He (buyer A) was before, but
I didn't like his finances. So, I took on another buyer (buyer B) and it
looks like he didn't like the results of the inspection report. But,
buyer A contacted me again and I responded and am awaiting his message.
That's where things stand.
