YES, THERE WERE A FEW TIMES WHERE I ASKED QUESTIONS, BUT THAT IS MOSTLY DUE
TO MY INEXPERIENCE I SELLING A PROPERTY -- THIS IS MY FIRST TIME

ABSOLUTELY, SHE WAS VERY
ORGANIZED IN HER SHOWING PROCESSES AND SHE WAS ALWAYS CAREFUL TO CHECK WITH
ME FIRST, ETC.

WE CONTRACTED FOR 2 MONTHS (JUNE 23- AUG 23) AND MY PLACE SOLD IN
1 MONTH, SHE BEAT THE CONTRACT BY 4 WEEKS.

I HAVE NOT CLOSED YET...MY
CLOSING IS NOT SET UNTIL SEPT 2...BUT, I BELIEVE JENNFER WILL BE THERE.

ABSOLUTELY, AND I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED JENNIFER TO FRIENDS

NO, NOT REALLY.
MY ADVICE TO YOU IS TO NEGOTIATE A GOOD COMMISSION RATE - I NEGOTIATED A 3%
DIRECT AND A 4% CO-BROKER DEAL...BOTH OF WHICH ARE WELL BELOW CURRENT
COMMISSION RATES WITH THE LARGER BROKERAGE COMPANIES.
