Hello Robert,
I recently sold my home in Andover & decided to rent in Brookline until
I found something "worth" buying.
I started working with another broker from a different co. back in
April. For 4.5 Months this person kept showing me things that were not
in line with what I was looking for. Frustrated, I started searching on
my own & came across a place that was listed with METRO. When I called
to inquire, Metro assigned Jennifer to my account. This was 3 weeks ago.
Immediately after our 1st call to discuss my needs, Jennifer set up an
appointment to see 2 places. I was VERY HAPPY to see how quick she was
and once I saw the units, I knew that she understood what I was looking
for. A few days later she e-mailed me information on the property that I
am NOW buying (1 week later).
So, the answer to questions 1-5 is "YES".
Take care. CR
