I just left you a message in regards to this. I don't want to pay for any repairs or work on the house, nor will I compromise on the price. I know that this buyer _originally_ offered me $253K for this place, so he's already getting a deal. (And I know that you're getting a deal since I provided this buyer to you, keeping your advertising cost and time spent on this contract low.) Subtracting your commission already brings the price down to the lowest I'd be willing to accept. In other words, the house is AS-IS.
