OK.  I expect that my lawyer has kept you informed of all this.

I signed and he has faxed the Purchase and Sale Agreement and my lawyer's 
addendum to you.  He thought things would be more kosher if I at least signed 
the agreement today before today's 5PM deadline.  I will have to get the 
original signed document to you some time (tomorrow at 1PM?).

If the buyer has signed as well, then this is a done deal.  If not, then we'll 
have to work something else out.

In any case, we'll try to talk tomorrow about scheduling.
