Also, I've been publishing my bookmarks for a number of years now.  It's at 
http://dummy.us.eu.org/robert/bookmarks
 .  I have lots of broken links, but there is information nevertheless.  Your 
project sounds like even more work than my maintaining my bookmarks (don't 
even bother to look at "Misc" bookmarks -- those are the hundreds I haven't 
yet categorized -- that's why I was hoping a utility could help me do that 
automatically).
