I just called you about this problem. I want to transfer my domain to
another registrar and am unable to unlock my domain. I logged into
registrydomains.com and the "Do not allow transfers" button is unclicked
(thereby allowing transfers). Yet, when I do a "whois spamgone.net", it
says that the domain is still locked and I am unable to transfer it.

I still have a month to transfer it, but the quicker I get this done,
the better.

Thanks for your email and question,

I checked your account and the registrar lock is turned off. There can
be a delay in the updating of whois file records of several hours. Your
domain should be ready to transfer.
