Dear Richard and Margaret,

I have requested that the closing be scheduled at 10:00 a.m. Friday.  It will 
be then unless you hear otherwise.  It will be at the office of Attorney 
Arnold Friedfertig, 1714 Beacon Street, Brookline, telephone (617) 277-7640.  
I will try to make sure I have my cell phone, (978) 828-0760.

I will bring the signed Deed, which Robert should be sending me today.  You 
should have the signed Power of Attorney.  There are other documents for which 
the seller is responsible if applicable.  The broker may have some of these; 
let me know if any of them pose a problem:

A smoke detector certificate from the fire department;
IF the November 1 real estate taxes have been paid, a receipt;
A paid final water/sewer bill or information for an adjustment in water/sewer
charges;
IF the house has oil heat, information for an adjustment for oil (the value 
of oil int he tank);
Keys to the house if you have them.
