Thanks for dealing with this.  I hope you had a good time in Boston while
you were there.

Thanks for grabbing the car cover and getting rid of the mail box there.

I'm glad that mom piped up and brought the $1000 for cleaning costs down
to $800.  It may be that the buyer waited 'til the last minute, risking a
delay in the hopes that we would give in.  And his bet paid off, I guess.

I guess I should just be happy that I made any money at all on this
disaster.  I mean, really, it's just a bit of bad luck -- job loss and the
chipping away at the value of the house.  I guess I wouldn't feel so bad
(but who knows??) if I had some income where I could eventually make up
the losses.  But, at this point, prospects of income are non-existent.

I just need to remember to place blame where it is due -- the republicans,
and President Bush in particular.
