AC Transit seems forever unresponsive to complaints about particular buses missing bicycle racks. (The bus in question is bus #2504. It looks like an older bus, but apparently did have a bicycle rack in the past due to evidence of bolt holes. This particular bus is always full during commute hours; bringing the bicycle onto the bus is not an option.) Is there any way to get AC Transit to either replace this route with another bus that does have a bicycle rack or install a bicycle rack onto this particular bus? Sending e-mails only seems to result in apologies and no action. Driving a car seems to be the only option now.
