Please support SB 178, a amendment sponsored by Senator Gil Cedillo of Los Angeles.  This bill would amend Costa-Hawkins to revive some rent control.  Rent control is sorely needed in the over-priced San Francisco Bay Area, as well as a number of other places in Ca.  Supporting this bill will help make Ca affordable again.
