Have you heard of a guy named Mike Fink, http://www.magicianwithin.com ?
He's an NLP guy and talked to my job search group today about pursuing a
career.  It was interesting, but don't think it's worth $297 for his
advice.

To deal with critical voice:

1) Place hand where voice is coming from and move it using your hand.
2) Close eyes and turn the voice into a whisper.
3) Close eyes and turn the voice into a high-pitched Mickey Mouse voice.
