Because another meetup was at the same venue at the same time, it was very
confusing.  I think you should change your software so meetups that happen
within a few hours of each other are not permitted to meet at the same
venue, probably by not allowing the venue to be voted on in the first
place.

This meetup might have been less of a failure otherwise.
